We're excited to launch applications for Localore: Finding America for media makers on June 1. As part of that process, makers look at video postcards from public radio and TV stations to find incubators and collaborators. (You can think of these as a station's dating profile.)
We've heard from scores of producers who are excited to be involved in our next production and who would like to watch some of the station videos in a group so they can share support, ideas, etc. — that's where you come in.
If your listening group would like to host a watch party, we've made a “Make Story, Make Change: Find your Station Incubator" card that you can use for inspiration (attached), and a timeline (attached) that gives independents the basics on how to apply. Please feel free to share these online and in person.
