INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY
Hi all,
I'm looking for a new intern to work on my current media project. Might you be interested?
I'm about half-way through a big project which I'm producing in multiple formats (radio documentary, radio features, multimedia, audio tour, multimedia tour and interactive website) about climate change in the San Francisco Bay Area. We're getting towards the end of production. And we're (hopefully) moving into the editing/mixing phase within the next month or so.
I've been working with two fabulous interns. But one is leaving for the East Coast in a couple of weeks. So we are casting about for more help. This is an unpaid position. But I think that interns on the project have so far found it a fair trade for experience and mentoring.
If this is something that you might be interested in, please shoot me an email. Tell me what media skills/experience you have in editing, writing, producing, whatever. And we can set up a time to talk. I'll fill you in on the project; I'd like to hear what kind of time commitment you can make; we can talk about the kinds of jobs you might be able to do on the project; etc.
